Vegetable Pol Roti

Pol roti with vegetable paste.

Tasty and little messy, since this was my first attempt to make them.

Following are the vegetables I used.

Flour dough for pol roti. Flour, little bit of salt, water and oil were used to make the door.

Rolled Vegetable roties ready to get cooked.

Let it sat on a pan with touch of oil.

Waiting to try this recipe with little more changes next time.😉😉😉
