Access to this plot was at early September; chose to scatter a lot of mustard seed for green manure and to over-winter preparation ready for next spring.

I intended to leave the mustard for much longer, but lucky it hadn't gone to seed; hence, I have trimmed it all down with lawn shears to provide a lovely protective blanket for the soil that will mulch and decompose, ready to dig in four months!

As had to overcome the rain, arms are hurting somewhat now!
