This video was uploaded to my original YouTube account. This video was during our company team building. The activities that we had really promote positive company culture. We really want to work for companies and participate in groups and we feel good about. This is especially true for us specially for Millennials. The activities that we had were not only good for employees -- they were good for the bottom line.
Team members get to know each other better. We work on challenging activities that show them different sides of each other. During the process, we learn the strengths that each person brings to the team and how to collaborate more effectively. During team activities, natural leaders emerge, and quieter personalities become apparent.
