Campus Life, Simplified

For university students, food is more than survival—it’s energy for late-night reading, hangouts with friends, and those marathon group projects that never seem to end.

At the University of Benin, David, a 200-level student, remembers when food used to be his biggest struggle. Long queues at the cafeteria, missing lectures because of runs to the market, or worse—surviving on just garri and groundnut.

One night, while cramming for exams with his roommates, a friend pulled out his phone and said, “Guy, order Fast Buka, make life easy.”

Skeptical but hungry, David tried it. Within 45 minutes, their room was filled with the aroma of jollof rice, fried chicken, and soft drinks—all delivered straight to their hostel gate.

"It felt like we had a mama put inside our pocket," David laughed.

Since then, Fast Buka has become a student favorite. Affordable meal combos, late-night deliveries, and even group orders for hostel parties have made life on campus easier. For many students far from home, it’s like having mum’s kitchen just a tap away.

But the impact goes deeper. Campus vendors who once relied only on foot traffic now sell through Fast Buka, reaching hundreds of students daily. And for riders, campus deliveries are some of the busiest—and most rewarding—routes.

In a world where time is precious and hunger is a distraction, Fast Buka has turned the struggle for food into a simple tap, freeing students to focus on what matters most: their future.
