My Mango Veggie Salad

In the Philippines, we have this bounty that we are very proud of to share that is no other than the Mangoes. And in fact, we hold the Guinness Book of World Records having the biggest mango ever harvest that weighs 7.7lbs. So basically if you have been in the Philippines you can see that mangoes are just around the corner. I have decided to make a mango veggie salad just to satisfy my cravings. But for all you know I am not really that type of person who took pictures of what i eat but i took this because i think its worth sharing and i find it delicious at the same time healthy.

So What's in my salad? Its very basic and its just made up of different of mangoes:
Carabao Mango (the sweetest)
Indian Mango
Apple Mango
Horse Mango ( Manggang Kabayo)
Evergreen Mango and
Dried Mango
i also put some lettuce and ground peanuts on top. Try it !
