It was disappointing that Fleex ended up being illegitimate. Everybody was pretty hopeful they were willing to be giving up front in order to gain some market share.

No problemo. I'm only powering down 1 payment and then I plan to cancel it. It's my first power down ever so it'll be a good learning experience. I do have plans for my SP but in the future I am interested in figuring out how to lease it out and would maybe be interested.
