There's something going wrong with Etherdelta - PENDING TRANSACTIONS!

Look how many of them are etherdelta. They are all using 4 Gwei for the gas price. I tried to test a transaction on Etherdelta earlier, and it defaulted to 4 Gwei. The transaction just sat in pending, and then resubmitted after a half hour or so.

I think something may be broken, and it's causing the number of pending transactions to go up, and making Etherdelta not work correctly.

REX (RexMLS) is a new token that just got listed on Etherdelta. The market froze earlier today, and one order has been at the top all day long. I believe this is because of the unconfirmed transactions. People can't get their REX or their Eth into the market.
