      TENER UN BUEN DESAYUNO, TAMBIEN HUEVO

      REVUELTO CON AGUACATE.

A veces es bueno comentar y compartir el tema del desayuno, el
cual es importante para nuestras vidas, porque es la primera comida del día que interrumpe el ayuno nocturno y aporta la energía y los nutrientes necesarios para activar el organismo y de esa manera
nos hace sentir mas saludable en nuestra subsistencia.
