Discovering Sea Life

We found this really strange looking creature in the water the other day. He was shooting a little stream of water up as you can see in the first picture:

Turning around he looked like this from the front:

Pretty cool looking little guy. We lifted him out of the water to take a closer look, check it out:

Turns out, it's a Calappa or "Box Crab". Also called a "Shame-Faced Crab" because it looks like it is hiding it's face because it is ashamed! Anyway a harmless little creature of the sea just minding his own business so we let him go free!
