The Silent Thief vs. Robinhood

For those that follow me, you know by now, I'm a big fan of Aroon and investing. Well now, I'm also a big fan of looking at inflation and deflation in different ways.

I just published an article on "The Silent Thief" related to the US dollar. I'm now looking at different companies that have public stock. Did you know that they also control the amount of stock supply?

There is an indicator called Diluted Shares Outstanding. This indicator shows you what the amount of shares a company has.

Below is a chart of Microsoft that shows the number of shares over time have decreased. Yes you are reading that correct. THEY DECREASED! WOW!

Not all companies do this. Looking at this chart you can tell a few things. One, the price has been going up. Two, you can see that the Aroon triggered back in Oct 2015. Three, the amount of shares have decrease.

If you bought MSFT back in Oct 2015 not only did your USD value increase but your Ratio of Stocks you own compared to the total pool increase.

I looked at a few other stocks and did the same comparison and put it into the other analysis I did on the US dollar and Bitcoin.

Here are the results:

Notice that MSFT and MCD in the past year increase the ratio to CSC (my imaginary stable coin I created that never changes). Where as AMZN, TSLA decreased the Ratio. Also, you can see USD and BTC also decrease. The black line is the CSC value of 1 which never changes over time. There is only one CSC (Control Stable Coin) and I own it, so don't get any ideas. hehe.

You can draw your own conclusions from there but I thought I would share this with my friends.

Be safe out there
