Hi everyone!!
Here I come with my first ever post at Steemit.
I am a vegetarian and love to cook anything and everything that falls under this umbrella.
What better than a CHAT recipe in a vegetarian blog, I thought!
So, my post is about Raj Kachori. Raj Kachori is a Delhi snack, a big puffed kachori filled with loads of seasoned yoghurt and ingredients of one's choice.
The ingredients used by me were-
And zip zap zoom.....
This snack is very refreshing and nutritious too, so no after-guilt trips. One can enjoy many spoonfuls!!!
