Chatpati Chat 2 (Aloo Chaat)

Continuing with the spice meter of my page, I get to all of you yet another chatpati chaat - ALOO CHAAT.

It is a perfect assortiment with a cup of masaledaar chai on a rainy day!

Some spices, lemon juice, green tangy coriander chutney in a bowl of freshly fried potatoes....

The spice mix that I added here included chunky chaat masala, salt, red chilli powder, jeera powder and black rock salt. This is a quick tangy recipe to pacify your taste buds.

Potatoes are a very humble vegetable that comes to our rescue when every other option fails.
