Update re; metalpay coin

I have received more verification that the bittrex delisting was due to us securities regulation and many coins are being evaluated. While not ideal, this at least obviates the possibility of a worse reason for the delisting.

As such, i purchased back a small position of metalpay yesterday at 4.07. Exiting at 7.45 and re-entering at 4.07 with such a risky coin must be carefully considered and i have taken a smaller position than i had planned to.
