0:05 Shaky cam. Shaky cam implies instability. The shaky cam is used heavy handedly throughout the President's entire speech.
0:10 Ten seconds allowed to pass before the President is cued to begin.
2:20 Camera off center implying what POTUS is discussing is off center.
3:45 Camera off center again.
6:00 Seats on either side of Trump are vacant giving the impression of isolation.
9:00 Coverage ends with a rapid zoom out giving the viewer a feeling of vertigo.

Someone should be looking out for POTUS to prevent the use of these types of subliminal devices to subvert the president message.

As an aside, someone should tell Trump to sit on his coattails so his jacket doesn't ride up and not to cross his arms.
