Global Game Jam 2018

I have always had an interesting relationship with Video games, and honestly, even though I'm a programmer I've never been really interested in writing a game. I had heard there was going to be a game jam event in Casper, WY this weekend, and although normally games don't interest me, I really like supporting local programming and technology. It has been a long weekend. but it has been a huge education in working together as a team to build a game. I feel like my contributions were relatively minimal, I was able to work with developers a lot better than myself.
