Wow! How did you loose that much weight? Did you ran like 10 kilometers per day?

No, I didn't run at all during that period as I was too heavy and would of surly gotten seriously injured. I cycled anything up to 100km per day and I ate a wholefoods plant based diet, focusing on carbohydrates.

Hi Pauline, I just use the Garmin Connect app. Occasionally there is a problem so I use the cable. Most of time As soon as I arrive home in range of my phone when running it will upload.

Garmin is an expensive hour. But my friend still wants to buy it. Because there are advantages and there are also shortcomings. Though a review on youtube, all say this hour is expensive compared to its performance.

Of the material used, it does not seem as premium as Apple watch has. The material is setandar according to me. But the rubber is nice and comfortable to wear on the wrist. If it is stuck, like no watches so light.From the design is very stylish and modern! Although the word review on youtube model is good.
