PLEASE HELP HAS MY ACCOUNT BEEN HACKED!!!!!!!

I logged on recently and my account looked normal but after about 30 minutes i noticed my name had changed from Creativelog to Steeman Steem, but posts are titled in original nam, please does anyone know what this is about.
