The salad and sauteed vegetable ingredients are the same except the avocado with the salad.

Finished with cilantro key lime,olive oil, red sea salt and crushed black pepper.

I slowly sauteed the vegetables in avocado oil.
I seasoned with hot curry, cumin, cinnamon, cayenne pepper, coconut liquid aminos, crushed black pepper and pink sea salt.
Eat to live my friends.
