STEEM has exploded with the beginning of the year, let’s take a look at the charts

Notice the massive drop in price at the earliest stages of Steem.

Tether was a currency used for USD and gained massive traction and a huge audience. In late 2017 they were hacked and the long users of the coin set out on search for a new coin that would fill their needs.
