TC Times Update.

The ad inserting department at TC Times has been notified it will be discontinued within two weeks. Ten people will be laid off at the end of March due to inserting being transferred to Michigan Web Press in Davisburg Michigan. "So once again people are replaced by machines. It was inevitable that we would have to go, even though, we were told there were no changes planned. This was the plan from the start. These decisions don't happen overnight. It was in the works from the beginning. They said there may be jobs for us at MWP (Michigan Web Press) but it is farther away" according to one employee.
