Steemit's user(s) requests

Hi everyone !

I'm launching this post for share my requests to create a better steemit experience,

To me you shall add private message tool which allows the community users to meet us and speak about us in private discussions,

Moreover, I would like to know why after rewarding posts are deleted of steem if they still are accessible on google,

To conclude, could someone explain me how to boost it's own 100% up vote,
