Donnelly's article is worth a read, a retweet, a like on FB and LinkedIn in your own networks to help bring more awareness about this community.
I found the article on Twitter after a retweet by Steemit and would like to pass it along to this community. The article highlights the history of Steemit, the structure of the Smart Contracts for Steem Power and Steem Dollars, and cites tremendous growth of the Steemit community. The article inlays quotes from Ned and Dan about how the community is growing and operating within their intended vision.

Thanks for pointing out that article. The article should give steem and steemit even more acceptance and recognition within the crypto community. And the concise explanation of Steem Power, Steem, and Steem Dollars should help those new to steem. It helped me!

Update: The CoinDesk article mentions Steem on Graphene. I didn't really understand how this worked until I found an under-appreciated article posted a few days ago by @oaldamster explaining this using the "census suffrage" analogy.
