HELLO! Steemit peeps.............. I am an inspiring web developer (starter) inspired by the changing nature of technology and increase in the optimization web pages and functions using various new codes and languages.
On learning today am asking what Bootstrap really is? how it works? pros and cons and many other function of the program. Thanks for your response
