The Praetorian Group has files with the SEC to register their $75 million dollar ICO as a security offering.

Jim Newsome, formally of the CFTC says Bitcoin is NOT a bubble until there is concrete regulation to allow institutuonal investors to participate.

Japanese cryptocurrency exchange Coincheck will be back and will be refunding customers by the end of next week. The exchange had lost $534 million NEM tokens in January of this year and are set to reopen it;s exchange services.

The Financial Services Authority (FSA) has some changes in store for Japanese exchanges.
