BCN... Constant 3% Profit?

BCN seems to bounce up and down multiple times a day, around 3%+-.
It seems to me that you could make great gains by simply setting a buy at the days low, waiting for the purchase, then setting a sell at the days high.
For example, right now it's bouncing between .00000021 and .00000022. If you buy at .00000021 and sell at .00000022, that's almost a 5% gain.
Rinse and repeat.
