Bitcoin: a blast from the past

This morning I was reading through bitcoin forum (https://bitcointalk.org) and found an article posted back in June 03, 2015.

Yes, almost two years ago (link).

At that time, the price of bitcoin was in the region of 230$. The discussion was on how would the price of bitcoin develop over time. It's super interesting to look at that now (from the future! ). We all know that the price of bitcoin today is (well) over 2000$.

The author of the post (ammy009) uploaded this chart (his bitcoin price prediction):

If you look at it closely, you'll see that their prediction for May 2017 was less than $600. He/she also predicts the price in January 2018 to "jump" all the way to$1,150.

Another person (btcfinans) commented (June 03, 2015):

i will hopeless if bitcoin price go down to $150 or even lower.
i have bought many bitcoins at $500
this time looks bearish everyday damn . so hard to reach $300

This leaves us with the question, how much higher will the price go???
