Heart-attack
Just found out that one of my good friends had a heart-attack over the weekend. Unbelievable, Then I realized that I and most of my friends live the same life style. None of us are getting younger. We smoke, drink, and live with the same belief that we did when we were young, and we think we are indestructible. Well that's not the case, we are all in the range of being in the same boat. Heart-attacks, diabetes, strokes, dementia, arthritis. So the damage has already been done. Not much you can do to eliminate the problems. All we can do now is to catch them in time so the damage is minimal.
