NEO Has Updated Their Whitepaper

To be honest I did not look into Antshares enough before the re-brand to know how the project's goals have changed. I have seen it being hyped by a large group which leads me to believe the community support for it is there. If you are familiar with the Antshares/NEO project, then please feel free to leave me a comment with your thoughts or ideas. The link on their github was kind of hard to find so I'm going to leave it below. Personally, I have a very small amount of ANS and have been waiting for the August 1st fuss about BTC to die down to try and determine what I'm going to do about increasing my position.
