It really is a cool afternoon walk down by the water on a hot summer's day. The water is far too cold for any but the hardiest of swimmers.

I followed the link below. Interesting. I have no doubt that the community will be able to band together to address some of those issues. There are more good people than bad. Your post sending us out to be aware is a good start.
