True Flip ICO on HitBTC exchange

Friends,

I am reviewing ICOs from quite long time and I have found one of very good ICO Trueflip (TFL) with great working beta platform and going to invest most of my portfolio here.. but wanted to understand how can TFL token list out in exchanges before actually token sale close from Trueflip site itself?

I found this exchange (https://hitbtc.com/?ref_id=596ee129b0761) from where i can buy TrueFlip (TFL) token in very less price than what Trueflip is offering at ICO site.

Also I found most of the time exchanges are not ready to deposit on same day when token sale is over at ICO site, and same day token price goes too high but investors can not sale token who has invested from ICO websites.. I have faced same issue with PLBT token, but if you have purchased token from exchanges then you can sale it on same day as well.

Please share your views on how ICO can list on exchange before actually cloud sale is over at ICO site?
