We are all so busy in the day to day activities. busy in offices, busy at home, busy with our phones. Let not other things rule you and take your time away from your self. Each of us need some quiet time for self. Time to spend with nature, uncontaminated air, sky, springs,trees,and many more.

Most of us who have gone understand how it feels and the importance of doing it more often. Our body mind and soul , every cell in the body gets refreshed, new ideas come to mind, you may get a new perspective to look at life. Do not delay. Go where your heart desires. Taking a break from the daily routine and going to a vacation to a hill station in summers is so refreshing.. I have been to a majority of the hill stations.. It really relaxes our mind..
