The Great Snail Farm Debate: Business vs. Protein! 🍲

Last night, we went on a midnight snail hunt around our compound and actually caught some really good-sized ones!

As a proud Nigerian wife always looking for a good side hustle, my brain immediately went into business mode. I looked at our fresh catch and told my husband, "Let's use these as our foundation stock and start a backyard snail farm!"

But Oga had a completely different vision. 😂

According to his logic, you cannot start a farming business on an empty stomach. He argued that he desperately needed the "protein and nutrients" from these exact snails to gather enough strength to build the farm later! I guess the only place he was planning to farm them was right inside his stomach.

I couldn't even argue with that level of dedication to food, so my future snail farm officially ended up in a delicious pot of soup instead. Honestly, I can't even be mad because the soup turned out amazing!

Next time it rains, I am going hunting alone so my business can actually survive!
