ICOS ?

As you can see there is an influx of new cryptocurrencies coming out from such ones as tezos, golem, digix to name a few. I am a usa resident and due to the government we have here the SEC ( Security & Exchange Commission) bars all in USA from being apart of ico investments.

My question is what are other usa investors doinf to get in the icos or are you just waiting for the exchanges to add these coins such as poloniex, bittrix to offer as some of these icos give you stakes in their companies or additional coins .
