Driver Problems

Your pc may freeze and work bad because of the driver issues so if i had a driver problem I'd start with trying to get an older driver or hoping the next one fixes it, I'd also check windows for updates and new drivers from them.
if it doesn't work then I'd go trough files and programs manually removing anything that isn't needed or could be causing issues checking what programs launch on boot and what programs are running in the background sapping power.
you could in theory also buy a new motherboard and possibly PSU along with a compatible case and move all the parts over since a lot of the software issues that happen with prebuilds.
