Price Prediction by Chart

Is it possible to predict about coin price without Technical Analysis (TA) background?

There are a lot of variations for alt coins. Their price is changeable and people use TA for making prediction about whether buying the coin is sensible or not. However, the TA requires very much knowledge and background. To construct this background takes too much time. Therefore most of people try to find an adviser for getting this prediction. Is it possible to make that presictions without TA background? If we use some assimilations, yes it is.
For example, SMA (Simple Moving Average) or MA (Moving Average) is suitable for this. In SMA graphics has 3 different line. We can compare these like this. One of them shows us the coin general moving, one of them shows us the coin previous timeframe moving, and last one shows us the coin instant moving.

In SMA graphics there are different colour for lines. The general moving line demonstrates 99, the previous timeframe moving line demonstrates 25, and instant moving line demonstrates 7.
