Bitcoin futures launch

How do you think bitcoin futures will affect the current bitcoin price ?
Do you think it will go under 10k ?
Between 10k-13k ?
Between 13k-16k ?
Or will it break through the 16k barrier again ?
Me personally I think this will be an attempt to try and manipulate the bitcoin price for the benefit of Wall Street. I believe they will try to get a stronghold on bitcoin like they’ve done with uranium , oil , and gold . But I also believe it will be hard for them because bitcoin is backed by mathematics ! But only time will tell .
Feedback is greatly appreciated. Let’s all brainstorm and keep each other knowledgeable on what’s currently going on in the crypto space so we all can grow as one community.

I feel like futures shouldn't affect the market at all. But that is given my limited knowledge of futures. As I understand futures to hold back the gold/silver markets. But that might just be a thing people say.... Not in it enough to know.
I can't think of a logical reason for Futures to hold back BTC prices other than other peoples bets somehow affecting the market's view of BTC's price.
By people betting short on bitcoin , it will flood the mainstream media and if your not experienced in this market you may sell . We give bitcoin it’s value just like we give any commodity it’s value . It’s all about what someone’s willing to buy and what price they will buy it at . Supply and demand . If us as bitcoin holders stand strong and don’t flinch the demand will follow just like we’ve seen . But trust me futures trading will definitely affect the price , we have to wait to see how it affects it , Only time will tell Bitcoin 40,000USD party 2018 🚀🍾🍾
