Cryptocurrencies will gain mass adoption once a universal, mobile wallet is created with the ability to exchange currencies within the wallet at the point of sale. This MUST be done in the background and be seamless. As I say in the video, ShapeShift alone is not enough because it requires the user to do the exchange. Average everyday people without crypto knowledge will not take this step, so it must be done for them by the wallet in the background.
