Pumpkin soup

Good day steemians,

Today I bring you a very simply recipe. This pumpkin soup is my favorite dish in autumn and winter time. Si ce these periods are coming, I wanted to share in advanced this tasty soup.

You only have to boil the pumpkin with a white onion, salt, and a bit of olive oil. When the pumpkin is ready, just blend everything and voilà... The soup is ready!

I serve it with some pumpkin seeds and a bit of olive oil.
