JUNK FOod
POOR DIET
This morning i went online out of curiousity to know really what poor diet really means. i thought i was gonna see some really awful looking yuck meals but instead i saw this creamy,crunchy,yummy looking images . Ooh!! did i mention that i love food🙈🙊 yah.. thats one thing i can't resist. in my head i was like mehn this is wrong but actually google was right. Cause this ain't the real deal thats y its called junk food.
Junk food are good thou cos they taste nice😍and have some nutrients but they are slowly and softly killing you. They reduce your glutathione level and expose you to a lot of harmful or violent attackers. Want to know more about glutathione click on the link below:
