So they are giving a COLA 2x above inflation? This is a way making the system go bust in the long term, while in the short term its a bribe to those already retired to vote for Trump. No one should be fooled. This is dirty pool.
What keeps people happy in the short time will be good for the current administration. While things that happen as a result that takes years to come to light well, that can simply be blamed on the past. It is a cycle that repeats.
