A rainy weekend in June
Happy Saturday, dear friends, I don't know what the weather is like in your place, it's been raining for several days, today there's a strong wind, it's June and we turned on the hea!ting as if it were winter, I don't know about you, but this weather has a bad effect on me, I don't feel well, no I don't feel like getting out of bed at all, I want to sleep all day. I don't like this kind of weather, I miss a little sun, but for that we have to wait a little longer, they said that the sun that we have been waiting for so long will start from Monday. In any case, I will find something to brighten my day, I have company coming over, so let's break this monotony.

Hello @cute90 I should get out of bed and do some exercises to help your mood. I have the same problem and know how you feel. Oh good you had company coming over to visit. This is good. I drink coffee to up my mood too. I take antidepressants for major depression too. I go walking, do indoor yoga, stretches some ballet all in my tiny room but walk outside a few miles with actifit.
