Pre-date Anxiety

So i was asked out on a date today by a guy i have been crushing on for a while now(gosh,i am so excited). i have just two basic questions,( i was thinking....)
1.what questions do i ask during the date so as not to kill the convo?
2.How do i dress so as not to look either grumpy or too revealing as the date is tomorrow?
