Off to Navy Boot Camp — Back in a Few Months
It's a new day, and well, at least I don't have time to think for a while.
My head is still creating scenarios as I sit in silence, approaching the new phase of my life. Souls from different places, and different goals, sit around me, all headed to a similar destination.
Did I forget something? Is something gonna go wrong? Will I regret this?
I think of my boy and I feel all the emotions. Think of an emotion other than like anger or something, I probably feel it. I think of my past and I feel my stupidity. I think of my future and realize maybe there's something left to do. Things to accomplish, stories to experience.
Maybe. Hopefully.
As big as today is, I just feel a sense of weirdness. A gross, perplexing, unnerving sense of peace. I don't remotely trust it so it feels almost disturbing, alien-like.
Soon I'll be starkly reminded of how little this peace exists, and it's gonna be time to work and grind and become something new.
This is a very strange feeling. Everything is strange right now.
But that's nothing new, the strangeness. This is just a new flavor of stress and confusion.
I can't believe I'm on the cusp of this new journey.
I'm going to be unavailable to post at all in the next few months. But I'll be back soon enough Hive.

Please do it before 30 September. Until then your tokens earn from the day you collect them. After 30 September you still get all of them, but they stop earning. From 29 December they slowly start to shrink, and after 29 March 2027 they can no longer be claimed at all — so sooner really is better.
One thing that confuses everyone, explained properly this time. LasseCash now runs on MAGI, and MAGI has no fees. Instead, every account gets a free energy allowance (the site calls it RC). That free allowance is enough to collect your tokens. But it does not stretch much further — if you try to post or stake right after collecting, it may say you have run out, and it takes about five days to refill. The fix is simple: keep one or two HBD in your MAGI wallet. It is not a fee and it is never taken from you — it just sits there, works as your energy, and you can withdraw it whenever you like.
The admin keys burn on 10 October, as promised. After that nobody can change anything on the core, including me.
