Snacks (more) healthy
Dietary supplements are products intended to supplement the diet and should be taken according to the specific needs of each person. They can be produced based on synthetic or natural substances, and may be composed of a set of vitamins and minerals or only contain certain substances.
There are small substitutions that come to reveal great nutritional choices. I offer you some snacks to save calories and gain health
Swap a small bag of potato chips (132 calories per 25g) for a cup of cherry tomatoes with fat cheese (75 kcal). The chips are not only rich in fat and salt, and promote weight gain. The snack is our alternative source of vitamins, minerals, fiber and protein, low fat and salt. It is a juicy and satisfying snack
Replace a Greek yogurt (141 kcal) for a solid fat yogurt (67 kcal). You will eat less fat and fewer calories. You can opt for a natural yogurt flavor, if you prefer. In this case, choose the one with a lower sugar content and fat
Change a cereal bar (100 kcal) for a half sandwich with cheese (100 kcal). Most cereal bars have a high sugar content. If, even then the desired, choose that which has a higher fiber content and a lower sugar content. The sandwich has the same energy value, but promotes greater satiety
Replace a croissant or milk bread (291 kcal) for a slice of rye bread and honey (154 kcal). Despite being used as bread substitutes, the croissants have a high energy density. Honey, our option may reduce the appetite for sweets
Replace four wafers (109 kcal) by a ball of brown bread (122 kcal). Although this type of cookies is recommended by health professionals, there are better options. The energy value of our suggestion is the same, but the feeling of satiety is well above
Replace a handful of fried peanuts (179 kcal) of a mixture of wholegrains with peanuts without salt (128 kcal). We replace a rich choice in salt and harmful fat by fat with version beneficial to the body (omega 3) and whole grains for a greater satiety
Replace a natural orange juice (85 calories per cup) for a glass of skim milk (105 calories per cup). Milk is rich in nutrients, unlike the orange juice, fruit whose fiber, beneficial to health, is present in the parts that are rejected to make the juice
