Hello fellow steemians! Let me start by greeting you all a HAPPY NEW YEAR!!! 🎉🎉🎉

It’s funny how time flies so fast! Seems like yesterday we just welcomed 2017 and now we bid farewell and welcomed a new year.

We look back a year ago, and even years before that, and we realize the inevitable — CHANGE! I mostly noticed the change from people who came into my life, either they leave or stayed.

I learned that some things will not work out the way we planned even though how many times we pray for it to happen. But I know that God has better plans for us, better than what we prayed for.

2017 has been a crazy one! From adventures, to achievements, to meeting new friends, to welcoming new members for the family, to saying goodbye, and to more adventures!

Let me give you a recap/highlights of my 2017.

I always love adventure! So why not start the year with what I love 😉
⛰KANDUNGAW PEAK, located in Maloray, Dalaguete, Cebu, Philippines 🇵🇭 (22 km away from the town, approximately 45 mins)
You’ll get a satisfying feeling upon reaching the top!

🌹One of the not so newly discovered places in Cebu is the SIRAO FLOWER FARM located in Lahug, Cebu City 🇵🇭
The colors give a relaxing view to the eyes ranging from different shades of red to yellow to orange.

I also met new, fun, CRAZY people this year. By crazy I mean those who have great sense of humor and matched your own level of craziness!

☀️I started my summer vacay at the beach.
SANTA FE, BANTAYAN ISLAND, Cebu 🇵🇭 has one of the beautiful beaches in Cebu. Crystal blue waters, golden sands, coconut trees — what’s not to love?

✈️ Next trip was in DAVAO CITY🇵🇭
My father had a college reunion and I met new friends again 😁
On the last day of the trip we opted for an island hopping at SAMAL ISLAND, Davao.

✈️ Last summer vacay for 2017 was at SUBIC BAY, Olonggapo 🇵🇭
I was so happy that I get to experience playing around the “Inflatable Island”. Another check on my bucket list!

🎈 This year, i turned 22.
Eight thousand and 30 days of existence to be exact.

⛰ Another trip to the mountains was planned. We went to OSMEÑA PEAK, Mantalongon, Dalaguete, Cebu 🇵🇭
I trekked with two of my bestfriends and their boyfriends — I was the 5th wheel 😂

🐶 Our dogs gave birth to 8 puppies and we kept 2 of them. Meet Shadow & Sky!

👶🏻 Another new member of the family was welcomed. My cousin gave birth to a baby boy with the biggest cheeks I’ve ever seen!

✈️We ended the year with trip to PALAWAN 🇵🇭
What can I say? This place is
B-E-A-U-T-I-F-U-L!!!!!
My bucket list was check again!
☑️ Subterranean River
Though I wanted to dive into the Tubbataha Reef, but I can’t since it’s expensive and I have don’t have diving experience. Yet! Hopefully in the near future. That part of the bucket list is still unchecked 😁
