LightPainters.com - A custom social network for artists
We just launched it. It's live. LightPainters.com
When the sites out there just don't cut it, and you have the means, you build your own. There were a lot of reason that Facebook was falling short for us, so we did just that.
The development work was a few hundred hours of my time since November. Working with @gunnarheilmann we figured out ideas, and got a few dozen talented light painter friends to test the site with us.
My company, Carbon Creatures can offer private sites like to those in need, and a big shoutout to Nancy Nguyen for her amazing logo design!
