I recently stumbled across a relatively new coin called Shieldcoin. I have been actively mining it for about 4 days now, and I am looking forward to the future.

Shieldcoin is a relatively new coin, a clone from XVG. No ICO, No Premine. Shield will be PoW for the first year of its existence, and then will transition to a PoS system.

Currently, Shield is being traded on stocks.exchange and hasn't been listed on CryptoCompare yet. They are still in the process of finalizing the initial QT Wallet.
