When will it end

late Tuesday evening until early Wednesday morning 4 were killed and 7 wounded in shootings across Chicago. Law officials are once again have their hands tied it's not much they can do. Its not as if the police have magic crystal ball they look into and see a crime before it occurs. If thats was the case every city in the world would be crime free. I don't have the answers and neither does the law officials. So if anyone has a solution to this gun violence Chicago is experiencing please send it to the Mayor office in Chicago.
