Doctor Who Inspired Steampunk Fez

When we heard that Matt Smith, the Eleventh Doctor, was coming to the Edmonton Comic and Entertainment Expo, I knew I was going to have to make something very unique for the occasion. Thus, the steampunk fez was born!
