Hot Mess (Poetry)

I once made the mistake of ordering pasta on a first date. I was SO careful with each bite. Luckily I made it through the meal and I don't think I was too awkward doing it.      

 Hot Mess     

Why did I order      

the long-noodled spaghetti,      

so glad i wore red.
